How it works

Stage 1:

Discovery, visibility and readiness assessment

Where we test AI recommendations across platforms, benchmark competitors, audit your current capabilities across five capabilities for agentic commerce (Learn, Anticipate, Evaluate, Exchange and Influence), and identify monitoring tools.

The sprint is structured into three stages:

Stage 2:

Strategy and prioritization

Involving a strategy workshop to review findings from the readiness assessment, identify necessary changes and new capabilities to be developed — then prioritize initiatives across the five capabilities. This involves close collaboration and consultation with people across functions.

Stage 3:

Foundation setting

Where we implement some ‘no regret’ high-impact changes (e.g. in structured data, two-sided content, and agentology optimizations), then deliver a playbook for a series of initiatives and a plan to continuously test measure performance improvements, with the outline for a 6–12 month roadmap for ongoing improvement.
