Human-AI collaboration program
Build durable Human–AI collaboration and critical thinking across teams — so you think and work better with AI, not just learn how to use a tool.
What it’s about
Most AI training focuses on how to use a tool — not to transform how you work.
This is a cohort-based transformation that combines deep critical-thinking training with hands-on Human–AI projects. This program teaches teams how to think and work better with AI — not just how to prompt — by pairing practical, live learning projects (in ‘centaur teams’) with a structured curriculum of eight practices that sustain judgment and adaptability as AI capabilities change.
The result? Teams that make higher-quality decisions faster, reliably evaluate AI outputs, and create human-AI workflows that become a lasting competitive moat.
Help teams to understand how AI works and how they should work with it — including different collaboration modes (Approving, Consulting, Supervising, Delegating) and when to use them.
Practical frameworks for prompting (WISER) and AI evaluation (STOP) that can be applied to any AI tool — no matter what launches come next.
Equip teams with enduring behavioral skills for the AI age: scrutiny, selectivity, recalibration, critique, corroboration, dialogue, reflection and adaptability.
Get hands-on Human–AI collaboration experience through live projects that change how people see AI at work.
Reduce decision risk and strategic error by embedding rigorous evaluation & corroboration practices.
Create a cadre of trained “centaur” practitioners and coaches who can scale capabilities across the organization.

How it works
Stage 1:
Assessment, discovery and curriculum development
We baseline teams and the organization using the Critical Intelligence assessment: individual capability maps, decision-risk exposure, and a diagnostic of critical workflows.
Activities include stakeholder interviews, decision-mapping (identify high-value, high-risk decisions), and an inventory of current Human–AI touchpoints.
The transformation journey is split into three stages:
Stage 2:
Foundations: learning + centaur projects
Start small with a cohort-based program that pairs bite-sized instruction on eight Critical Intelligence practices with team-based live projects (working in small “centaur teams”) that give people hands-on experience of Human-AI collaboration. Each team runs 2–3 short, coached experiments that redesign a decision or workflow through Human–AI collaboration. Use this to identify a team of champions that can help to carry the program forward.
Stage 3:
Embed and scale across the organization
Scale the program from the initial audience to cover a broader range of teams function — partnering with the team of champions we identify. We build playbooks, governance, role definitions, train the trainers and deliver a monitoring framework so teams continue improving after the program. We advise on how to embed change into performance management, recruitment, and operating rhythms — with a staged rollout plan to expand centaur teams across functions.
