  • Define strategic capabilities: a prioritized list of 3–5 capabilities that will produce defensible advantage.

  • Create a staged transformation roadmap organized into clear phases with milestones, capability building, and owners.

Stage 3:

Blueprint and roadmap development

Where we document the Human-AI transformation strategy, create presentation materials, and provide a detailed implementation roadmap with pre-planned follow-up sessions.
