How it works

This workshop journey includes three stages:

Part 1:

Pre-workshop

Where leaders complete reflection exercises, preparatory reading, and we unpack current leadership dilemmas and current behaviors and competencies.

Part 2:

Workshop

An in-person session that opens with a discussion of the leadership context, explores five mindset shifts with exercises, delves into personal transitions and habit-building, facilitates a leadership dilemma lab, and ends with planning personal behavioral experiments.

Part 2:

Post-workshop

Offering group check-ins on behavioral experiments, individual coaching sessions and additional video resources to support continuous adaptation.
